Patches for Open Source customers

By heather Jan 07 00:00:00, 2009

If we haven't said so before, a big THANK YOU to all the buyers of the CPO Source Code.  Your purchases are lighting the fire under our pants to keep improving CreativePro Office daily.

There are source code patches available to amend some of the bugs that our much appreciated bug testers have found.

The link is here:

We are currently working on CreativePro Office 2.0 that we hope will be available by the end of March and possibly earlier.  We are excited about this release as it will be the "new improved" version with more features that users have been requesting and numerous bug fixes.

I love the way this software is designed, except for the numerous bugs that I have encountered. For the sidebar that has the timer, It also says there that I need to create a project, but I've done numerous projects already. Basically, I can't get this thing to work according to what it should deliver. Please help.

Hi Van,

Just send an email to support@CreativeProOffice.com, let us know the problems you're having and we'll get you going. We've been able to get all of our customers through the install process and running with a functional install pretty quickly.

Thanks.

I should also mention for those who haven't bought the software, you are entitled to 1 hour of installation help with your purchase. Also, keep looking at the patches page for updates. We are releasing new patches about once every 2 weeks or so.

Hi,

It has been several weeks and no news or development announcements on anything. Is the project still alive and are you still working on it? I bought the OpenSource version and would like to know if I'll have to work on it myself or if you plan to continue developping great features and fixing bugs?

Thank you :)

Hi Andy

Thanks for your note. We are still working on the getting us totally moved over to the new hosting account. It is taking far longer than we ever it would take and so we are trying to just plug through that to get it done. In other news, everything is still the same, Jeff is working on the rebuild and we are selling the open source code and helping people install the code. Jeff keeps his twitters up to date, but since it is a time of just us slugging through some stuff, we haven't been posting to say "Yes, we are still working on this, every day."

Thanks for the note.

Hey guys - when's the new unveiling date? Been checking out Solve360 app - pretty cool and liquid. Still - rather use cpo if the new and improved is less buggy and features work. Let me know!
